CanTex Energy Corporation Announces Filing of Complaint Against World Stock Exchange LLC and Bret Reiss

San Antonio, Texas — April 27, 2009 — CanTex Energy Corporation (CTXE – PKS) announced today that it has initiated litigation against World Stock Exchange LLC and Bret Reiss in the United States District Court for the Western District Of Texas (San Antonio Division) by filing a complaint alleging fraudulent inducement, fraud, breach of contract, and tortious interference with business relationships. CanTex had entered into agreements with World Stock Exchange LLC and Mr. Reiss with respect to investor relation services. CanTex alleges that it entered into the agreements on fraudulent pretenses, and that World Stock Exchange LLC and Mr. Reiss both failed to perform, as well as acted in a fraudulent manner during the alleged term of the agreements. The Complaint was filed on March 21, 2009, and seeks to recover the monies disbursed and CanTex shares issued to World Stock Exchange LLC and Mr. Reiss in relation to the above-described matters.
